This page describes how Maso Pin website is managed (from now on "Owner") in relation to the processing of your personal data (from now on "Interested" or "User") that consults and/or registers at the service of sending electronic communications by the Data Controller (for sending notices relating to the activity of the latter).

This is a statement made (in accordance with article 13 and s. of Regulation EU 679/2016 – from now on "Regulation" -) to those who interact with the web services and relating to the protection of personal data, accessible via telematics from https://www.masopin.it/, corresponding to the homepage of this Website (hereinafter "Website"). The information is made only for the Website and not for other websites that may be visited by the user through links.

The personal data of the User, collected at the time of navigation and/or registration on this website and/or through emails (from now on also only "Data") are treated in compliance with the requirements of national and European legislation and the rights recognised by law to the "interest".

1. Purpose of processing and legal basis

Data (relatives to the User and therefore to identified or identifiable persons) may be processed after consulting the Site.
The processing of data will have the following purposes:
(a) facilitate the navigation of the Site and the technical use of the services described therein, carry out web analysis, verify the number of visitors of the Site, check the progress of relations with the Users of the Site; in such cases legal basis the processing is the legitimate interest of the controller to manage the Site to maintain proper functioning of the Website and to protect its rights;

(b) find any requests for information and/or execute the services requested through the Site; in such cases legal basis of the processing is the execution of measures taken at the request of the interested party, the execution of a contract of which the interested party is part or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same person;

c) fulfil obligations arising from laws, regulations and Community legislation; in this latter case legal basis the processing is the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject.

2. Place of processing, categories of recipients and data transfer to a third country

The processing, connected to the web services of the Site, takes place at the headquarters of the Owner and the Data are processed, for the purposes indicated above, by staff, employees and collaborators of the Owner, by the latter in charge/authorized and/or appointed external controller and not to third parties. Data are not subject to diffusion.

I Data may be communicated and processed by companies and consultants of the Data Controller – and/or by their agents – for the design and/or maintenance of the technological part of the Website and for the performance of instrumental, support or functional activities to the execution of the contracts or services requested by the Data Subject. In any case, such subjects will process and communicate to further third parties the Data as independent owners or processors (ex Article 28 of the Regulation) according to the directives of the Data Controller, also in the matter of security, for the purposes indicated above.

The transfer of extra EU data is not expected to date. In any case, the Data may be transferred to Extra-EU Countries exclusively within the scope of the aforementioned purposes and in compliance with the Regulation (therefore, on the basis of a decision of the European Commission of adequacy of the level of protection of personal data guaranteed by the third country or on the basis of adequate guarantees, referred to in Articles 45 and 46 of the Regulation), or, in the absence, if for example, it is necessary for the execution of a contract between the Data Controller and the Data Subject.

3. Types of Data processed

3.1 Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify Users.

In this category of data are the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the Site, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (fine forum, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site (e.g. obtaining statistical information on the use of services – most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.) and to check its proper functioning. Navigation data are deleted after the relevant statistical processing and are not stored on the server for more than 7 days from the time of collection or otherwise

stored anonymously, except that their further conservation does not become necessary for the investigation of crimes on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Owner to counter any cyber attacks. Navigation data may in fact be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site.

3.2 Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on the Site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the Site prepared for particular services on request.

Cookies and other tracking systems

It is not made use of cookies or other tracking methods for profiling Users.

Instead, it is made use of session cookies (not persistent) strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the User, where on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information about cookies remain recorded in the service logs, with retention times however not exceeding seven days as well as other navigation data.

4. Optional data transfer

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the User is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms of the Site, for example to request the sending of the newsletter, information material or other communications. Their lack of bestowal can only lead to the impossibility of obtaining what is required. For completeness it must be remembered that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this site) the Guarantor Authority may request, to the Data Controller, to the Data Subject or also to third parties, to provide information and to exhibit documents also pursuant to art. 58 of the Regulation, for the purposes of control on the processing of personal data. In these cases, the answer is compulsory for administrative sanctions.

5. Methods of processing data and their storage

The processing of the Data will take place in an appropriate way to guarantee security and confidentiality and can be carried out in paper or by electronic or otherwise automated tools, IT, manual and according to logic however aimed to ensure that the Data is processed safely, are always intact and available and processed in compliance with the principles set out in the EU Regulation 679/2016 and for the only purposes provided. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

I Data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the pursuit of these purposes (hereinafter referred to as letters a, b and c).

6. Rights of interested parties

the data subject has the right to exercise the following rights (specifically described by article 15 to article 22 of the EU Regulation 679/2016), contacting without particular formalities the Data Controller (at the email address below): ask the Data Controller confirms that a processing of data concerning him/her and, in this case, obtain access to the data; ask for rectification and/or integration, cancellation or restriction of their processing

In cases where the legal basis of the processing is the consent (e.g. by sending electronic communications concerning the activity carried out by the Data Controller) the Data Subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
